poor service and faulty products

I have purchased a fridge in November of 2014 and in April it has stopped working , so I called the client and they sent a technician out to check the problem i was told it was the compressor and they need to get a new one and it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the part to arrive so I waited 4 weeks until i phoned and complained that no one has called to state the situation of the part and the initial repair of my fridge then i was told that the part could not be found then the next day i was told they had the part and the technician will come out which never happen then <br> I had to phone again and complain to higher management then he came the next day and he supposedly fixed it however it didn't even take 24 hours till it broke again which is the entire fridge now and I am very unhappy with the service given to me and the repair which was a waste of my time and looking at the situation repairing my fridge will not work as I believe they could not find the part to fix it and to make me happy was told they did find it the job no. for this query is JB44160
