Pathetic Service

<p>I have voiced my disappointment about my kelvinator stove and oven that i purchased in 2010 but fitted in 2012 the appliance was faulty when it left the factory because the knobs have fallen off, the oven stopped working and the cooking plate was not level and as a result the oil while cooking flows to one side. Even though the appliance is out of guarantee my other kelvinator products gave me lenghty service without a problem in 13 years. I logged a complaint over two months ago and i have had a technician visit and thereafter a senior technician visit and to date i have not even had the courtesy of a call advising of the resolution. frankly i am so disgusted in customer care and with this appliance that i will never again purchase a kelvinator product.</p>
