Kelvinator parts support company "Screenvision" not able to source the correct replacement parts

<p>I have a Kelvinator oven installed four years ago. Unfortunately, not everything lasts for ever and consequently, the oven selector switch failed. You woild think it is something simple to replace. Anything but. I've tried in vain to get this sple replacement part sourced. The Kelvinator Spares distribution company called Screenvision is unable to source the part if I provide them with the model number of my oven. I therefore removed the damaged selector switch and sent this as an example to this company so they can source the correct part. Again, no luck. They are unable to help. When I ask them to contact Kelvinator, they just do not respond to my emails or provide me with any further feedback. After this I've sent Kelvinator nerous email without even a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please at least try to assist me?</p>
