Kelvinator does not care

I purchased a 62L Kelvinator microwave from Game Northriding in February last year and it stopped working in July this year. This item had a 2 year warranty but the service department advised me after 3 weeks that it could not be repaired. They offered me a refund but I wanted a replacement unit of equivalent size and power. It has now been over a month and they have not yet come back to me on this. I posted an online complaint on the Kelvinator contact site a month ago with no response. I called them again today and left a message for Christelle Jacobs and hopefully she will call back.
