GUARANTEE REPAIR

I bought a Kelvinator Tumble Dryer in August 2014 and in March 2015 it broke. shocking that it breaks in 8 months. The machine is covered by a 2 year guarantee. The technician came to see the machine and said it was broken and he would come back in 2 days time. Needless to say he didn't return. I call the service centre yet again and was told he was coming the very next day. The next day he did not arrive, nor did he call to say that he wasn't coming that day. I called the call centre yet again and they got the technician to call me and he said he had to order a part but would be there the next day to fix the machine. Still no one has been out to fix the machine nor has anyone called me. I called the call centre this morning and no one can tell me when this technician is coming out to fix my machine. Totally despicable service and Kelvinator are not meeting the terms of their two year warranty on a new machine. DO NOT BUY KELVINATOR MACHINES - THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE!
