False promises

<p>I have since bought a Kelvinator Mirror finish frigde, which i bought at Bears Store in Kwagga centre (pretoria west) last year 2015. the frigde came with a maintanance contract of 2 years. just few months down the line while still paying my installments, i think around July the fridges doors were not closing properly and i contacted the store where i bought it. and a lady helped me with sending thru a complain of which the kelvinator guys came and checked what the problem was, and said the was a spring that broke and they will go to their workshop and they will fix the fridge within 2 weeks till i called after a 3rd week and was promised they are still ordering it , there after it was a promise of 1st week of November. I have been the 1 keeping up with what is happening since they promised and no word from their side, till only last week where Bears store contacted a help centre, and today it is 4 months down the line i am still stuck with a defrosting fridge and all i get is promises even from the Lewis customer service that my fridge will be fixed or if they can't get the spring i will get a new one from the store. last Friday someone from Lewis phoned and promised they will do it Monday the 19th and no one showed up and had to stay home instead of going to work waiting and hoping they will come fix the fridge, which i have fully paid for. i find the Kelvinator customer service so poor i just want to take the fridge back to where i bought it and probably get my money back?? i am just soo tired of being treated as if they gave me a free-bee while i had paid thousands for that fridge!!</p>
