Dont buy Kelvinator!

I bought a Kelvinator dishwasher just over 2 years ago. I only use it on the weekends when my cleaning lady is not at work and we don't entertain much so we probably use it once a day if that. So that means we probably used the machine about 250 times. Anyway.... the shelves/racks/trays of the dishwasher started to rust! I had taken out the extended warranty with Marko so I phoned to complain. Makro sent out a technician. After nearly 3 weeks of phone calls between Makro and I, Kelvinator said they would NOT replace or repair the rusted trays as it wasn't part of the warranty. RUSTED TRAYS IN A DISHWASHER... DOES IT EVEN MAKE SENSE???!!!

Prior to the Kelvinator machine I had an LG dishwasher. It was nearly 10 years old when it needed to be repaired for the first time and even after sitting in my dad's garage for 3 more years the trays are not rusted yet.

Disgusting that you can sell a product that works with water that rusts after 2 and a half years and then not claim responsibility for poor quality.

No one should ever buy Kelvinator. There is a reason why your dishwashers are the cheapest - its because you need to replace them every 2 years.
