Damaged stove

iam so dissappointed by the service iam getting form Kelvinator.. i bought my stove from Metro home city in Pretiria last year december, this year in July the other 2 plates stopped working . i then went to report it at Metro and they logged a case for, yes a technician did come but that was 3 weeks again we never saw him again, we tried calling him once and he said he is waiting for some parts ( that was 3 weeks ago) everytime i try to call him no there is no reply... i am so dissappointed to spend R4500 for this,how long does it take to get parts really.<br> please sort this out
