Use Kelvindstv installation at your own peril
Most unprofessional and intimidating service. Later learnt that they're 1) Not a legit business 2) Not a DSTV/OPENVIEW accredited business, as they claim. 3) Not VAT registered but charge clients VAT. 4) They don't keep to their warranty agreements. Charged +- R2000 to replace a LNB that still doesn't work. They insist that it's something else that's faulty & will fix at an additional cost.

20 Apr 2023, 12:38Engaged another DSTV/OPENVIEW installer and was charged R350 to have the LNB, that was supp**** and installed by Kelvin DSTV installation, replaced. The system works perfectly now. Kelvin DSTV refuses to take responsibility for their faulty LNB, which carries a 18 month warranty, given in writing. Pathetic.
