Satellite Tech Installations RIP-OFF

These rip-off advertise on the Internet under the name Satellite Tech Installations. Their website shows "call out fee R350,00" and "LNB replacement R650,00". My LNB was damaged in today's hailstorm in Weltevreden Park. While speaking to them on the phone I sent them FOUR pictures of the damaged LNB so they knew EXACTLY what was to be replaced before they got here. When they arrived they installed a "single view" LNB with a "switch" to make my "extra view" work...and then the shock came. Invoice for R4 138,85!!!! followed by all the bull**** you can imagine: "LNB is outdated, out of stock, no longer made, or used, or installed"....while another contractor is sending me pics and prices of the exact same LNB that was damaged!! DO NOT ALLOW these clowns on your property. Without a doubt the biggest rip-off **** artists I've ever seen...and there's nothing anyone can do about it. They lie about their call-out fee, they lie about the replacement parts, their invoice is nowhere near what they promise before you allow them to do the work, and then they invoice you...and demand to be paid!!!!
