Bad Service

After almost 2 weeks problem still not resolved. No one answers their phones. They make a time and date and do not arrive and no what's up are returned. Quick to charge me R3318. 00 for nothing done. Have sent them photos of scrambled image on TV. Cannot get the owner pH number out of them. I am so utterly disgusted in them and people pse refrain fr using them. Kindly let me know if u actually contact them for right to reply???
