Kelvata Trading ************* & sly

We had a written and signed contract with Kelvata Trading to do their transport from Mosselbay to Cape Town.Hennie ****med us into paying him R360 000 for a diesel account and when we went to the garage to make sure the diesel account is ready they said they don't now a Hennie or his company. We confronted him and he said he is looking at different options and we need not to worry. But Hennie Bezuidenhout went behind our backs and got our sub contractor to sell his trucks to him. When he had his own trucks he said we cannot keep our side of the contract because now we don't have 12 trucks anymore and the penalty for breaching of contract are R400 000 so he gets to keep the R360 000 and we still need to pay him R40 000. Then he offered us a new contract for only 5 trucks, we had a meeting and discussed everything he agreed he would open a diesel account with our money for us and that he wants to work with us because he know we are reliable and that our trucks are in a very good condition. Then we never received the new contract from him, and he didn't pay our money back.
