Shocking service from Kelston VW Uitenhage

This has surely got to be the worst and most dishonest service I have ever received. My car was towed to them on Thursday 28th September. Diagnoses was to be done on the Monday. Received the quote of R10900.00 and reluctantly paid them the deposit and gave them the go ahead. Upon apparently fixing this issue which took nearly a week...another issue was discovered ( inlet manifold) which brought the total price to over R22000.00. Had they been upfront and honest from the start I would never have agreed to spend that amount on a 2005 Citi golf. My car is STILL with them as they are struggling to find the parts. The service has been dismal and would highly recommend not using them unless you want weeks of incompetence and frustration.
