Poor customer service resulting to bad experience.

I am deeply upset and disappointed with kelston Volkswagen Uitenhage. I bought my vehicle 26/11/2020. From the day i started servicing my vehicle the experience was unpleasant. Recently I took my car to be serviced. I stipulated the issues that i have on the car the critical one was my brakes. In my knowledge brakes are one of the safety critical components in a vehicle. What puzzle me is the fact that my brakes were not replace and i was not even informed about the issue by the service advisor when i tried to seek clarity to Wilma Dutoit. She was not available on her phone and I whatapp her and she gave an arrogant response. Its experiences like these that destroys a big and powerful brand like VW.
