Kelston VW Uitenhage never again.

Bought a supposedly Mastercar 2 tyres was below legal limit , wipers had to be replaced tear in seat camber out and apparently roadworthy lapsed. The tyre tread on their 80 point check and the real tread were 2 different things , so who is at fault here?
