Unfair treatment for a Polo 1.6 Deal
I am really disappointed at Kelston Motor Group in Queenstown because I app**** for a polo 1.6 that was still on show on their website. I submitted the required paperwork on time and the deal has been approved but only to be called this Morning the 31 January 2025 that the car has been sold. How? This is going to affect my credit score. Please sort this out.

31 Jan 2025, 10:19I app**** for a polo vivo 1.6 that I saw on Kelston's website and the vehicle costed R229995.I checked on their finance calculator and it showed me an amount of R3480.46 Installment if I pay a deposit of R50 000 with no Ballon. I then phoned in, and I spoke to Mervyn Simons who was very professional, and he assisted me with the application. The deal was approved and while finalizing the deal the deposit that I had to withdraw from my 32-day account only to get a call from a sales manager this morning saying the car is sold. How do they sell the car after getting approval from my bank.
