They broke my car
My polo went for a major service which I paid for in cash. When I got my car back it sounded like a tractor and my start-stop system does not work. They said I must replace the grommets which is causing the sound. Guess what the grommets were replaced and the tractor was returned to me. My car went back 3 times and to date I was not told what they have done ito repairs. My car still sounds like a tractor and they refuse to address the start stop system fault cos I do not have a VW battery in my car. My car went to them only needing a service. It came back with faults, lies, manipulation, no accountability my even managers
