Struggling to contact the service agent.

Really frustrated with communication re a breakdown at PE branch. I've been calling in since Friday. The car was supposed to be checked in for diagnostics last Thursday. Spoke to service on Friday and they promised to call back. No response. Monday was public holiday. I've been unable to get the service agent on the phone this morning (Tuesday) after multiple calls with the receptionist.
