Poor Service Delivery

My vehicle went in for a service on the 5 October for a routine service. I received my vehicle back that afternoon with the plastic covering under the engine block torn off and my speedometer mysteriously reset to a very low journey mileage and a 1/4 tank of diesel driven out between PE and Uitenhage. The spray jets, which I had been charged R2500 for resetting, had in fact not been corrected. I sent the vehicle back at my own expense. They returned my vehicle the following day having repaired the plastic cover but they had not attended to the spray jets. After numerous promises to send a technician around to have it corrected I rebooked the vehicle to have it fixed, at my own cost. Subsequently I received a fine in the post for breaking the speed limit. The picture shows the damage under the vehicle. They did take the fine off my hands. During this service they discovered that the alternator had not been correctly fitted after the first service. The spray jets were \corrected"only in that it now sprayed pedestrians. An 80 point service was done informing me that the CV boots and turbo pipe are leaking"
