Pathetic service

If there was a zero star I would rate kelston PE branch zero. I took my car there I'm August and there was no communication until I went there myself. To cut the long story short, my car was eventually fixed and it came showing so many errors that it never showed before and on top of that my car came with a big scratch I reported to the consultant and the manager on the 13 December and until today I was never called because no one wants to take responsibility. They must take back the service department to Williams Hunt because Kelston is sooooo useless
