Never buy at Kelston again!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

Last year I bought a Toyota Yaris from Kelston Motors Uitenhage. I dealt with JP. I bought this car for my business so this was not my first car, I've bought numerous cars in the past and every time it was an exciting pleasant experience. This time I didn't know what unpleasantness was lying ahead for me. Months and months of unanswered emails and hollow promises. After I made the cash payment (I'm from Cape Town), I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. I was charged for delivery, registration and Nr plate package, etc. I had to drive all the way to Hout Bay (from Bellville) to meet the driver, where he slept over at a friend. When I picked up the car the Saturday morning, there was so much confusion because his phone was not working properly. The car was filthy, inside and out, full of mud, so he must've travel on a gravel road the previous night. There was mud infront and at the back, so definitely had passengers. The door handel inside was full of water!!??? Couldn't understand that!!! Car smelled like cigarette smoke inside and the driver smelled like alcohol, definitely had a party the previous night. The engen looked like it never had a wash before! There were no rubber mats Infront or at the back. I never experienced something like this before. I took the car and went home because I already paid in full. I immediately sent JP an email to let him know about everything. I also didn't receive any paperwork on the car, no plates or anything. I've sent at least 20 emails and phoned 2 of JP's managers (new car sales manager and secondhand car sales manager) and till today no one had apologized for any of this. After about 3-4 months I received the registration papers (after numerous emails and phone calls spending hours of my time chasing JP). He will tell you he will call you back in 10 minutes, time and time again, but never phones!! I had to do all the vehicle tests and licensing and registration myself on this side. And to too this a month after I got the car, the battery died. They didn't say a word or refunded me for it. It was the worst experience ever!! Worst service EVER!!!!!
