Legal transaction cancelled because of dealer mistakes

Kelston Motor Group Makhanda you provide a terrible service. My signed contract on trade in deal was cancelled because of your flaws and without following proper channels. You threatened, intimidated exerted excessive pressure to meet your goals. You followed no process, never settled the trade in car but took over finances for the new car. You used this and successfully had me paying for 2 cars as you promised during your threats when I was requesting for papertrail. When you got your car back the car you completely ignored my requests to send confirmation that the transaction is closed. You again **** to ombudsmen saying I am not paying for the 2nd car. What a terrible dealership and I am hoping you will never provide such services to any of your customers. Thanks Absa for supporting and resolving this fradulent activity. Hoping you will do your checks as well in future when dealerships are using you as a financial institution.
