Kelston VW Grahamstown (Makhanda)

I bought a vehicle from Kelston Grahamstown and the deal is that the fees related to the process of registration to fitting of the number plate will be covered by the dealership. I went through the process and covered the expenses and sent receipts to the dealership on the 13th of January 2024 but today is the 12th of February and I still have not received the refund as I was supposed to. The manager plays duck-and-dive, I keep calling him and he gives unprofessional excuses if I'm even lucky enough to get hold of him.
