Kelston Motors in Makhanda are ******
I purchased a VW T-Cross a few months from Kelson Motors in Makhanda (former Grahamstown) believing it is a 2023 demo model but have just learned today, when the service department called me today to arrange a 1 year service for the car. While it has low mileage, I was deceived into believing that it's a 2023 model, all to find that it's a 2022 model. This is after the ordeal I went through where the manager, Vernon Tait, refused to refund my deposit (or parts thereof) when I returned a Kiger that was showing issues on the dashboard. This is the 5th car and this is the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car.
