Kelston Motors GQEBERHA, Worst and utterly *********** service EVER! service

Kelston Hyundai Gqebrha: I have had the worst experience with KELSTON Hyundai in Gqebrha. 1st they **** and charged us R11 000 for a car they claimed they couldn't fix, when we challenged the ridiculous amount for an unfixed car, they doubled down and told us to pay. Once I had reached out to they're head office, they apologised and said it was a mistake. They cut the amount by a whole R6000 claiming it wasn't they're fault. We subsequently paid 5,700 and collected the car and it turned out that Kelston had removed the all the parts and not refitted them, when I complained about this, the Dealer Principal, Clinton advised that it wouldn't make sense to put the parts back where they had found them, but rather it was more logical to loosley throw them in the boot of the car. What a frustrating and disheartening ordeal. They still advised that we pay almost R6000 more to place the parts back in place. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. Hyundai S. A. is just as culpable in this matter by allowing this to take place!
