Extremely terrible service from Kelston Peugeot

I took my 2014 peugeot in for a service at kelston Peugeot Port Elizabeth in May 2022. I asked them to have a look at the radio as it cuts out from time to time in certail areas. I received a quote for for a new radio of more that R24000 for a new radio as the radio was defective according to their "technitians". I didnt wabt to pay that price as its extremely expensive. So I continued to go on with my radio that cuts out from time to time while looking for a after market radio thats compatible with the car. After asking a few questions on a peugeot 208 owners forum on Facebook. Someone advised me to update my software. I managed to download the software myself and istall it and it only cost me R100 for a new USB stick. I am extremely disappointed that theso called technitians did not pick up that it was only aoftware. Since I updated the software my radio works fine. This is only ONE of the numerous problems that we have experienced with kelston motor group. Not only are some ot the service advisors extremely rude, but their service is terrible. The problem not the car. Peugeot is a great car, but the after sales service is absolutely shocking!!!!!!
