Bad service

I always have bad experience when trying to communicate with the PE branch at walmer. I have been trying to find out if a part I ordered through them has arrived since morning. I have only been leaving my details with them, but no one calls me back. I have to waste time and petrol to go ask in person if the parts have arrived.
