Appalling behaviour from warranty clerk

Terrible experience with the warranty clerk who lacks respect, customer service training and overall respect to her own colleagues. My car was damaged after I took it for a paint job, covered by a recent campaign. They asked me to return the car a few days later to get inspected and they would subsequently put in a warranty claim. I asked them what caused the damage in the first place, no one was able to explain. The warranty clerk said it's none of her business to know, she just wants me to sign the job card! She was shouting and proceeded to throw my car keys and service book on the service consultants desk (her own colleague mind you) stating that she must "deal with her client". I have never seen such foolishness and unprofessional behaviour in any car dealership like that displayed today. Appalling. No one cared to apologize to myself or the service consultant. Such a disgrace! Definitely never buying anything from this dealership or a Hyundai product in future.
