My Fiance purchased a car from Kelston Motor Group in Port Elizabeth in February 2014, He then decided to upgrade his car in February 2015, He decided to purchase the Golf 6 GTI and trade in his Polo GTI, When the VW car dealer called him to inform him that they are unable to trade his Polo GTI because the car was in a accident and the damages to car was R94 000.00, he was shocked and said that he was never in any accidents with the car, Further investigation was done, They came back to him informing him that the accident happened in 2012, In state of shock he contacted Kelston Motor Group and spoke to Tracy Weise who is the Head Principal, Tracy Weise gave him no pleasure instead she made him feel guilty saying he never had a problem with the car and he put on 23 000kms on the clock, Which is not the point he was sold a car that had to be 80 point and HPI checked, They are a Reputative dealer that claims to sell cars that are accidental free How is in possible than to have missed out on the car being in a accident after a 80 point and HPI check?, And after he has lost R35 000.00 They are not accepting responsibility for not following right procedure,They do not value their clients
