After a Kelrn driver smashed into our stationary vehicle, we have had to endure months of inconvenience without a car, as Kelrn deliberately dragged out the proceedings, only to then go back on their word and claim that the accident was not their fault. This, after the driver of the vehicle admitted that he was responsible for slamming into the stationary vehicle at the intersection, causing the vehicle to be written off. This clearly shows the character of this company and I would be very cautious to do business with them at all.
