Unacceptable service!

My mom and I went for a Brow wax at Kelly's kharma in Wetton. Firstly a student was waxing my mom's brows - no consent was asked from my mom prior to the waxing nor did they inform us prior to the service that a student would be waxing my mom's brows. This student ended up scratching my mother's Brow. My mom has scratches under her Brow. It's been 4 days and the scratches have not healed. Management has done nothing to resolve the situation. Unacceptable service and disgusting customer service. Don't ever go to this place.
