I signed up for a health, coaching and fitness package for 6 months, after 3 days I changed my mind and requested that she downgrade the package to a lower one and refund me the difference. The documents she sent me were not applicable to what I had purchased. I suggested she charge for the work she had done to date and refund the difference. She refused despite the fact that the bulk of the package is one on one coaching - which will not occur. She is now sitting with money paid and no service is being offered.
