unprofessional and rude staff

<p>I sent an email to kelly payroll to request confirmation of employment/service letter for the period i worked for barclays under the kelly group. Since monday i have neither received my letter or any communication. Today i called this number ********** and i spoke to this african lady who was so rude and even hung up on me after refusing to tell me her name. Kelly group staff is unprofessional, rude and something else. My membership has been halted because Kelly is taking its time to sent me my letter. I hope companies stop using their services. We dont need such recruitment companies that treat people like ****</p>
