unfair dismissal

I was part of a Leanership program where Kelly was only suppose to manage the payroll until I was employed by the company that sponsored me, had an 18 month contract with Kelly which turned into 3yrs then 2yrs then 1yr , 6 months,3 months,2 months then 1 month. This happened for 9 yrs until recently Kelly's contract with a client was not renewed and Kelly made me signed a termination of contract form. I am now unemployed and Kelly is saying they are not obliged to find me alternative employment. During the 9 yrs I have been inquiring what happened to the original plan and no one has been giving me answers. Also i have been inquiring how much is my cost to company and how much is Kelly taking and I have never had a response. I requested my cost to company now that I will have to find a job on my own I was told, it is confidential.<br> Kindly assist as I feel i was victimized by Kelly for almost 10yrs.
