No response or assistance for 2 years!!!!

I got married and moved to Middelburg, prior to relocating, I signed up with the Kelly Head Office in Johannesburg. I had to spend the entire day there getting my fingerprints done and everything else. I then called the Middelburg Branch and I was then told again that I have to go for fingerprints again...I went and I was told that I will hear from them...to date, no one has contacted me, a lady by the name of Ruth called me and she was going to assist. Everytime I call or email her there are no jobs available and I must just wait. How is it that I must wait for 2 years, yet other people join Kelly and get assisted almost instantly. I would like to know if it is my race or what is actually the problem??? No banks or any call centre will hire a person unless they go through an agency but even that doesn't work because I am still waiting for 2 YEARS!!!!!! Even their receptionist cant even speak on the phone...I do not want Ruth to call me as I am going no where with her!
