Iniquitous Recruitment Conduct

Kelly Recruitment violates S23.1 of the Constitution by practicing predatory recruitment. They deny applicants the right to fairly negotiate pay by being secretive about employer offers and spying on rival employer pay slips. Kelly Recruitment is price-fixing pay and unfairly competing for talent which means they also contravene the Competition Act.
