Feel like they dont need to help me

My name is Conwill Louw I have registered with Kelly online. I keep calling the Kelly in Johannesburg and feel that I am being treated unfairly, whenever I call them they say I must register online and they hung up. I called cozens and quest and both called me for interview last week and I did not have to apply online , I just feel that Kelly helps people to get new jobs but the people who are employed at the Fox street branch is not willing to help the community. I feel that Kelly should be there to help us and treat people fairly. The receptionist lady is very rude and I feel that someone should explain to me what the process is to apply for a job or let me say ask Kelly group to assist me in getting a job.
