Dishonesty

I am so disappointed in this recruitment agency in July 2019 I resigned from my permanent job at miway to take on a new opportunity with absa which was presented to me by Kelly&quest now that my contract has ended with them I find out I am not permanent due to a default on my credit check. Why wasn’t this made known to me from the get go as I had made it aware that I was paying of debt due to me previously being retrenched. Right now I’m left without a job? According to my understanding a recruitment agency is supposed to decrease unemployment. Instead I’m left with no assistance and no one to advise me on further steps. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone I’m highly disappointed.
