White patches on my cereals

I sent an email to [Email Removed] with my complaint on the 17-07-2015 and again a follow up email on the 08-08-2015. Still no response. I bought Special K with white patches but they were within the expiry date. I even include the pictures and explained that I suspect the storage temperature. Also included the store and the batch number.
