Utterly Disappointed

The below email was sent to Kellogg's on the 06 June 2019:

Good day

I purchased a 1.2kg pack of Kelloggs Corn Flakes about 2 weeks ago from Makro in Springfield Park and to my surprise, I was constantly finding a lot pieces of flakes which just did not look or taste normal. I had to throw away more than half of the contents due to it not being up to standard.

Kindly refer to the attached photo’s and I would appreciate feedback on this matter.

I later on realized that I typed in an incorrect email address of which was quickly rectified and I received the below email from Nelisile Nkosi of which I responded to the next day via the link provided on the email and followed up a few weeks later via the same link and to date, no one has had the decency to provide me with an update on my complaint:

I would like to apologise for the unfortunate and unintended experience you have had with our product. Please be assured that the quality assurance manager has been made aware of the issue and will further investigate the matter. We will be sending you feedback in the post.

Please provide me with your cell phone number. If you have not provided the batch codes already, please do so if you can, as this will help the quality team to review the issue.

Too many apologies without any feedback does not help the situation. I was not provided with a turnaround time for feedback, not sure if there is, and I feel this is very poor customer service from such a well established company.
