Unsealed Special K packet inside a sealed box.

I opened a new sealed box of Special K Original cereal, only to find that the packet inside was completely open. <br> I sent a complaint with pictures via their website on Monday 9 March 2015.<br> <br> I still have not had a response.<br> <br> Utterly disgusting given that cereal is so expensive and it was clearly a packaging problem (the box was sealed but the packet inside was not).
