Spider we noodles - Kellog's - No response

I have lodge a complain with Kellogs regarding their chicken noodles who had spider webs, and moth in the packet, they came to collect the noodles from my home on the 18th of January 2022 for the attention of the Quality Assurance department and since then I have not hear anything from them, the sad part about it all they send my on the 18th of January a coupon of R60 to go and buy the same noodles I lost trust, that on its own have told me my case is close. my child could have died if he did not see "off" "old" spider web noodles. I would like this matter to investigate and detail report and feedback be given to myself by Kellogs
