Rice Crispies are ruined

For the past 2 months bought 2 large boxes of rice crispies. At first o thought I had picked up a new product but this month made sure to pickup the "right" box only to be very dissapointing again why have you ruined rice crisis by dipping it in sugar? Why can't I have the option of good old plain rice crispies. I have tried calling the customer care line and the phone just rings unanswered.
