Pringles now turned to Pringles bites

Sometime in mid Feb 2019 i wrote a email to: Kellog's Company SA on their site,regards to the condition i receive my Pringles i stated on teh mail where i bought them the bar code of the item expiry date, till to date no feed back, i also mentioned to them that its not the 1st time when i opened the item to find that 80% off it its bites, am not sure is it packaging or what.
