Poor work ethics

(011 360 -1800) I tried to call the department that deals with brand management regarding the Rice Krispies as it is most frustrating the the original Rice Krispies cannot be sourced anywhere and that often when you call a store to ask if they have stock, they say yes but when you get there the only one they have is the revolting Vanilla flavour. The individual who answered the phone sounded as though she spoke from a distance and was not really interested in my call. I asked to speak to the product manager of which I was told I needed to call back next week as the individual was on leave. Surely there is someone else who could assist whilst this person is on leave or does the entire department come to a halt? After requesting for someone who could perhaps assist she said nothing and cut the call. I find this experience very disturbing and do not feel to support Kelloggs in any capacity in the future.
