Poor service

Approximately four months ago i sent my box of kelloggs all bran flakes to kelloggs as it had a strange fragrance to it and I couldn't stomach eating it. I spoke to Nelly at kelloggs and a courier was sent to collect it and they would investigate. As of today I still have not received the report of their findings and I haven't been reimbursed!!
