POOR SERVICE

Good day

According to our last discussion we had which was on the 14/08/2018 you said that the post office was a problem its more than 2 weeks and more than a month ago that i laid my complaint. I am so very disappointed in the service delivery and I will be taking this further as I bought a product it made my wife sick I have a doctor’s note proving it and she is pregnant.

You guys collected my item and still I never got re-imbursed. This is pathetic and I need to know who in management I can speak to.

I am tired of waiting and i spoke to Limpho Lenong all time and now she is ignoring all my calls
