Poor service

I had purchased a box of Kelloggs corn flakes from Checkers , Boksburg,Eastrand, the flakes were all broken in tiny bits, I then emailed Kelloggs customer sevice which was on 3 March 2015, was emailed to say the matter will be investigated, 2 August 2015 I emailed again because I had not received feedback, so yesterday 19 November 2015 I get an email saying that I should email the bar code of the box and expiry date and my address to them, like really now would I still have the box after so many months? I reply with a link given however that email don't work, I'm really dissapointed that a company that I support and trust have given me a don't care attitute, what's the point of writing the contact details for contacting them when they don't do a single thing, its like they don't care really, but our money is good for them however the customer is just ignored #dissapointed
