Not quite the service i expected

<p>I recently raised an issue with Kelloggs pertaining to the fact that almost 1/5 of a packet of Bran flakes was dust, not flakes. They ackinowledged receipt of my email and said soemone would get back to me within 48 hours. That was 10 days ago - i guess they sent the message via an ox wagon becuase i have not received it. Hello Bokomo - here i come. Great service from an "interantional" brand. If you intend buying kelloggs bran flakes - DONT! The should rebrand it "All Bran ****S"</p>
