Needle pin in a kellogg's pack

I bought kellogg's from Makro Woodmead last month in November 2023. I poured the kellogg's in a bowl on Saturday morning and that was the last potion of it, I found a needle pin in those kellggs. On that very same Saturday I called Makro Woodmead to complain and they said they will call me back, I have waited till today they never came back to me. I thank God that I noticed before I eat them or it was me who found them not my children.
